| I was headed to North Carolina from Oklahoma City and broke down in Birmingham Alabama. United was absolutely fantastic! I needed a new alternator and they fixed it that day. I?m incredibly grateful for them and they were absolutely kind and understanding. Thank you so much and if I ever need a place in Birmingham Alabama, I?ll definitely be back.!! |

| The guys did a great job. The work was done quickly and well. As a female, I am I always wary of the up sale or scare tactics with mechanics but these gentlemen were straight and honest about my brakes not needing work for a while. There were no extras that they tried to sell me on. It was a wonderful experience that I have not had at other shops. I will defiantly be going back when the brakes need work. |
